Similarly, if Marcus leaves at the end of this contract, which
increases in likelihood if he's not getting England game time at
10, then Benson and Friday would be about the right age to slot
into those roles.

I was impressed during the game, but watching the highlights
brought home just how good Waghorn’s passing is. He seems to
have a real knack for timing it so as to take defenders out of
the picture whether he is coming off a carry, is fielding an
awkward pass or is being lined up for a man and ball tackle.
Clearly it is still early days yet, but he’s made a pretty
assured start to his senior career, and doesn’t seem to be
trying to overplay
