       Throwing in the women’s games is not a benefit most are
       interested in, but the club knows this is a nice counter to
       anyone complaining.
       Let’s face it when they did that silly “you spoke we listened”
       survey last season in actual fact they did bugger all
       substantial to address any of the significant questions. Their
       attitude is take it or leave it
       Hardly any pro rugby clubs turn a profit, but screwing the fans
       will be a bad move in the long run. It removes goodwill and
       makes fans incredibly more demanding as “customers” not fans as
       that’s how they are treated. Loyalty goes, unless you are
       wealthy enough to not care (which will be the case for a lot of
       Quins fans of course)
       If we are losing that much money cut the massive support staff
       and reduce player wages as well.
       Its a sad situation but it is what it is and there’s nothing can
       be done about it
