Seats Re Categorised for Next Season

Just received a letter from the club that my Premier Seats (FF
Block) will be recategorised as 'Gold' for next season and this
will make them more expensive - in addition to the usual
inflation related increases. I am not sure if this suggests
that a new category will be introduced above Gold (Platinum for
example) or that some Club seats will be re categorised as
Premier. I can ask to move if other Premier seats become
available, otherwise it's a 'take it or leave it' situation.
I guess it is an effect of the season ticket waiting list that
the club is able to ask for more knowing there are willing
buyers. Still a miserable letter to receive though.

me too. Quite sad actually - been a ST for 19 years, and have
sucked up the price increases with a decreased offering so far,
but I cant see myself being able to justify keeping my seat at
the new "value".... though I think that is the whole point -
either new ST's who will pay a premium, or I suspect - they will
sell it for more on a game by game basis. Clearly loyalty means
nothing...

Any sense of which areas are being recategorised? Is it all the
Premier ones or just the fringes?

The difference between Premier and Gold last year was £135 for
an existing ST holder. Over 9 Prem games and 2 Euro games that
equates to an extra £12.27/game. On the face of it I guess it
isn't such an issue.
However I am now being stung by ULEZ of £12.50 per home match so
thats £24.77/game with no material change to the experience -
paying more for the same.
It's frustrating but not surprising. I don't want to set hares
running but I suspect other benefits included in the ticket
price will be next on the agenda. Car Parking was once included
but then broken out as an additional cost. I'm sure others will
be examined

I am in Block FF and the letter says those seats are already
categorised as 'Gold' when they are sold for Match Ticket
Purchases - So the club is already selling Premier Tickets as
Gold. This is a realignment of that situation. I just looked
at the home game against Sale - Block FF Premier seats are £85
whilst the other Premier seats in the next block along are £75
(or thereabouts).

Welcome to gold, a seat which over the 15 years I’ve had it has
gone from being a discount to paying a premium!
Unless you go to all the women’s games (would love to but can’t
free up that many weekends) it’s a cheaper to buy individual
tickets these days. Miss a men’s game or two and it makes no
financial sense at all.
They really ought to change the marketing to stay it’s about
having your seat, etc

Remember when we were told need two games across the road , now
it’s pay more for less
And get fibbed off with “ Well you get to see a Connaught game”
Away games and walking to my local club becoming far more
appealing

I am sure there’s someone on the waiting list who will happily
take your seat. Quins might - if BSKO sells well - just about
turn an operating profit this year. The club is going to raise
prices to match demand, because it needs to turn a profit every
year to be able to pay down its debts and be sustainable in the
long term.
The price of having a viable pro rugby league in England is,
well, money.

I hope the club does turn a profit, and see why the need to
raise prices is there. However it does bring into question bang
for buck for me on a personal level. I cannot get to Friday
games the late kick offs sometimes mean I’m not home till the
early hours.
I love going to the Stoop but each year it gets harder to
justify as SiB said away games and local club is getting more
attractive.

I just received the same letter.
I'm in block AF. That's the second time my seat has been
recategorised since I first got it.
Quite frankly if I I'm in Gold then I'd like a better seat.
