news ! Jade is an inspiration and leads from the front.

It is good news. Quins have been announcing a re-signing every
day this week. So far, they’ve announced:
Konkel
Tuima
C Powell (multi-year deal)
Wythe (multi-year deal)
Parry (multi-year deal)
And less positively, Isa Prins has been signed as short term
back row cover to the end of the season (based on the squad
sheet for today, Konkel, Wythe and Al Cal are all out).
I’ve been updating this on the Women’s Squad list (bottom left
of the side bar). I’m hoping it won’t be long before they
announce a multi-year extension for Pena-Hidalgo.

It's still a strong 23 for today, poorfour. I anticipate that
they will give Saracens a run for their money. Yes - missing
Jade is big loss (I don't know what the injury is, or how bad)
but Harriet Millar-Mills is some athlete to start at 8 today.

Lochner and Bonar out also. Could really do with a couple back
going into this run of games. The top 5 and hopefully a
semi/final

Was really pleased to see Jade has re-signed. As already
mentioned, inpirational leader and always leads from the front.
She has a lot of what Robbo had when he was leading the men a
few years ago. On top of that a brilliant lady as well. Always
has time for the fans. Told me today before the game that she
had her boots in the car! Don't want to talk about the result
today. Blooming Sarries again!!
