I’ll imagine for the Argentina tour he probably will get a call.
Steward/Furbank probably won’t get a Lions call but I hope we
use it as a development of talent. Wyatt from Exeter could be
another one

Lewies was on the wing from the start. It's partly why cleaves
didn't score the early attempt. Lewies kept hold of it too long.
Both he and launch looked desperate to come off!
Gutted for chis. The guy has rotten luck with injuries

Lewies drew the man so that the break could happen first. After
that it was all Cleaves - he dives, he scores. Was funny to hear
him say he doesn't dive much as he's usually just putting the
ball down!

Yes, he did, but I still think he'd have been better off giving
it earlier and giving him the extra time and space. Still should
have finished it though. Oh well, doesn't matter thankfully

Just watched the extended highlights-we where very lucky to have
won that. Our fly half seems to be suffering from Rory Clegg
syndrome when he was in the shadow of NEV. Lack of enough game
time could have been the problem with his goal kicking?

He’s never been a good goal kicker from what I’ve seen with him
here. He runs the game well, but his end product off the boot is
sub standard.
He needs some 121s with Halfpenny at the very least

Presumably based this upon more than the extended highlights.
His kicking is very much off the boil, seemed to remember it was
pretty good in his first season, maybe wrong.

It cost us at least one game tbh, he's fully capable of missing
sitters.
Results have been pretty good for us this weekend so far.

Yup. The table has closed up.
Away at Sarries is now a massive game for both sides.
I reckon we need to win five of our remaining seven games to
make the top four. Still a tall order given we've got to go away
to Sarries, Bath, Leicester and Bristol.

battered them in contact. Breaking tackles for fun while barely
missing any and getting huge post contact metres. I guess that's
the difference between having a couple of players who look
powerful (Augustus, Ramm, Haffar) vs consistently getting over
the gain line and breaking tackles across the team. When Nick
David is bouncing people you know things are looking up...

Spot on - but using the stats you showed

14 line breaks to 1(!) which tells you something about our
attack and our defence. 175 tackles at 93% success rate(!!)

we perhaps should have done more with it, in a more perfect
world?
