Fairly explanatory - do you have faith Wilson is the right
candidate to turn us into a team to challenge for the top 4
consistently?

Probably not, but I'm starting to wonder if Quins is like the
England football manager position: the impossible job.
We've had success under Conor (who inherited a good squad but
improved the culture) and under the "committee".
But look at the list of those who didn't succeed: Deano
("culture" issues, to put it mildly); JK (top bloke, great
forwards coach but not right for the top job); Gustard
(completely wrong fit); Tabs (not sure what value he added other
than being a good bloke). Evs was a great CEO and a decent
enough DoR but combining the two roles got us relegated.

I'm not confident that any coach could lead Quins to be a
consistent top 4 contender.

While I'm not defending Wilson, I don't see that three coach had
any affect on us losing that game.
We created enough opportunities to win.
The coach didn't make Cadan drop the ball.
The coach didn't make Marcus take the penalty quickly.
The coach didn't tell Dommers to pass the ball into touch rather
than just flipping over the line.
The coach didn't make Dommers pass the ball forward to David.
The coach can only prepare players for the game. Considering our
territory and possession, he did that.
But, the players have to take some responsibility for their
basic errors.

I have good mate now living north who basically said he was
rubbish.
