       OT Bristol v Sale

       Emphatic scoreline.
There must be something wrong at Bris. No wonder players are
leaving. Clearly the entire coaching team needs replacing.
Or... My word this league is unpredictable! Has any team put
together a consistent run this season?

       Congrats Yareet.
Has there ever been 2 scores to nil on consecutive weeks? I
       can't remember one.

       Congrats @Yareet
Really impressive from Sale. Gloucester did well to nil us last
week but I still feel like that result was largely to do with us
being absolutely dreadful. I don’t want to take credit away from
Gloucester, but it was like we couldn’t catch a cold and
couldn’t get through any phases due to basic handling errors
rather than anything particularly exceptional from the
       Gloucester defence.
Tonight’s game felt kind of similar but in this case I feel like
that was almost entirely due to Sale being excellent rather than
Bristol catching whatever we were suffering from last week. In
other words, they were shut down rather than simply being crap.

Really puts our 14-0 away loss in perspective. Close league,
       tiny margins.

Didn't get to see it but a remarkable score line. I've been
worried about our inability to slow teams down causing us huge
problems, and there are few better teams than Sale at doing
that. Looking forward to watching a replay.

Sale’s defence was excellent and they took their chances
brilliantly. Nice to see Raffi Quirke back and playing well for
them. They had the edge in the scrum and at the breakdown too.
Ben Curry’s interception try in the shadow of Bristol’s posts
       really was beyond Quinsesque.
Bristol look veerrry different without McGinty, and that’s not
to take anything away from Sale.

Sale seemed more than able to combine hard tackling and
defensive line speed with conversion of red zone entry into
points. I wonder if they’d had a good training week and taken
the learnings from the previous match to focus on work ons to
       build something special?
