For some reason I cannot get Chromecast to work on my tv.
However, it has just dawned on me that I upgraded my tv so it
may be a non compatible chromecast. I also have Sky broadband
and Sky tv full package and did not know Premier sports was
available through that. At an extra cost I suppose?
Do wish my techy butlers sentence had been reduced to mere
furtling as hed be out by now....

That's very odd. It should work with any TV with an HDMI socket
on it. I've used mine on different TVs and computer monitors
over the years. Are you plugging it direct into the TV? Are you
powering it from the mains plug-in power supply or trying to use
a spare USB socket on the TV?

Just going to do a quick translation for Deadly:
That's very odd. It should work with any TV with a pluggy type
thing on the back. I've used mine on different TVs and other
techie stuff over the years. Are you plugging it direct into the
TV? Are you powering it from the plug socket on the wall or
trying to use one of the other pluggy type things on the back of
the TV?

Re: Sky - you can add it to your Sky subscription via the
Premier Sports website. I checked and it's the same price
whether you do that or just go for the streaming option. The
HARLEQUINS70 discount code might also still work to get it down
to £70 for the season.

I think that the one thing you can't do is transfer the
subscription to another platform.
I subscribed to the service and watch it on my Chromecast.
But, I don't think that I can add my existing service to my Sky
package and then just watch it along with my other Sky channels.
Unless anyone knows differently?

Yep, fair enough. I had no idea about the viewing figures untill
I looked them up.
