Harlequins is delighted to announce Will Hobson has signed a
contract extension with The Club.
The 22-year-old prop is currently in his fourth senior season at
Harlequins after graduating into the Senior Academy ahead of the
2021/22 campaign.
Hobson has made 13 appearances since making his debut against
Northampton Saints in the Premiership Cup back in November 2021.
This term, the tighthead has started in Harlequins’ two
Premiership Rugby Cup victories against London Scottish and
Ealing Trailfinders, while also featuring regularly for partner
club London Scottish in the Championship.
Scrum and Transition Coach, Adam Jones said: “It’s great to have
Will re-sign with the Club. We take pride in our Academy’s
ability to develop young talent, and we believe Will has the
potential to take the next step and become a senior Harlequin.
“He’s played well with loan club London Scottish this season,
and when called upon in the Premiership Cup with us. We’re
looking forward to seeing how Will applies himself in the coming
seasons to maximise his development, and hopefully become a
top-class front row talent.”

Assuming Bomb has input into the contract extension, I'm
confident that he'll bring out a very good player.

Yes. And judging by the gym footage, he is an extremely strong
lad.
There are few better for teaching scrummaging technique than
Bomb so if he can nail that part of his game, he’ll be some
player.
An immensely strong, skilful prop with good technique would be
an amazing asset.
