       Argentina were properly awful in an extremely weak group.
       England struggled badly against basically everyone, could have
       lost to Samoa, should have lost to a Fiji side missing their
       most important player, and lost to a badly misfiring South
       Africa that still won because England had nothing except kick
       and chase.
       We shouldn't turn our nose up at a semi final appearance but we
       absolutely should not ignore just how dire those performances
       were against some distinctly average teams, SA excluded.

       I was at the Argentina game. They were terrible. England did
       what they had to do, having had a man sent off. But Argentina
       completely imploded after the England red card, bizarrely.
