He couldn't even do that when we played them in Japan. We put 50
on them. They've been copping hidings from everyone, even Italy.
Jones is a busted flush and his team is good for a try or two
but are getting rolled by everyone

He had like ten minutes off the bench and didn't do anything
       wrong that I saw.
Which is different than demanding selection, just not sure why
       he's getting singled out.

Interesting stat: Wilco is the 50th player selected by South
Africa this year. Whilst it reflects the strength in depth, it
also shows a policy of rewarding form and performance, whilst
       encouraging competition for the shirt.
England's approach seems to reward historical form and in some
cases, the club you play for, seemingly.
No doubt England will pick their strongest team for Japan.

I doubt they will, but who knows.
England have used 42 players this year, which is still a good
number. There's probably maybe 3 or 4 players who realistically
       can feel hard done by:
       Oghre
       Langdon
       Lozowski
       Tom Willis
But the number of players capped doesn't say anything about who
starts or who gets subbed or who gets given a real chance or who
       seems immune from being dropped

Dombrandt has had his time in the sun for now for international.
Let’s be brutally honest, I’ve yet to come across many who rate
him at test level by those who support other clubs.
The truth is, the game and setup England implement does not suit
him. Tom Willis is by far more suiting to 8 currently, and I’d
probably have underhill/Earl fight it out for 7

There are still supporters at other clubs who think Marcus is
       overrated.

Dommers needs to start and get a run of games to prove his
worth, sadly his form wouldn’t reflect that he should get that
opportunity. Equally I don’t think Earl is our future at 8. I’d
be keen to see Willis have a go or even CCS which would open up
       the 6 shirt.
I also think our 12 & 13 needs a re think sending Lawrence into
a brick wall is just plain dumb.

I think playing Earl at 8 is a complete waste of a very good
player. Not sure who the best choice would be, but I don't think
       it's CCS either.

I don't think dommers has done much wrong for England but not
sure he's ever looked like contributing that much either. I
don't think the way this team plays suits his strengths. Or
maybe hes the latest in a long line of players who are very good
at club level but can't make the step up. No shame in that.
But there are players who are far more deserving of being
       dropped

I’d say that percentage is much smaller overall, and I’d say
probably had vested interests eu th their own club 10a as a
bias. I’d say most neutrals/pundits see what he brings to the
team and let’s be fair without Marcus we would have been lucky
to score many tries this series.
