I would have gone to this but decided that the ticket price was
beyond reasonable value . Sounds like this has affected he
attendance. There was a late residents offer of £25 a ticket but
had already made other plans. They could have filled the place
if it had only been a pony to get in.
Anyway, what’s happening in the game other than poorfour’s
observations?

It was a disjointed affair for a fair bit of the game which is
to be expected really but some bright points in there. Willis
had a good game, Murley did what Murley does. As did Porter. Sub
front row looked better than the starting 3 in my humble opinion
too. Neither 10 set the world on fire. Pollock probably not MOTM
but promising.

£75 does sound a bit steep. You can get a year's Premier Sports
subscription for less.

I know tries don’t tell the whole story, but Murley has 5 tries
in 2 England A appearances, which is pretty good going.
Porter’s pass for Langdon’s try was sublime

And you could have great seats at the front of the upper tier at
the Big Stoop for the Boks for £96. It’s just the most stupid
pricing ever.
Two stands at the Stoop and they couldn’t fill them.

My advice for any of the England A players to step up to the
test team is to become massively unfit, and then sign for Tigers
or Sarries.

And change their surname. Maybe to something that rhymes with
Bungs or Barrel.

I thought that Santos had a good game for Australia.

If Pollock stays free of serious injury, he's going to be one
hell of a player. Heyes & Fasagbon look like they could make the
step up, Langdon also. I think it's worth a punt to give Porter
a Test cap against Japan, he looks more of a 9 than the others.
