The main reason we are on TV more is that there are far fewer
matches each round so each club will appear on TV more often
than previously. There is nothing that Quins can do about that.

The reality is rugby needs TV money and that means a sufficient
spread of games from Friday to Sunday and a variety of kick-off
times.
I'd wager most on here enjoy a 7:45 match on a Friday in front
of the TV when it's not Quins. I certainly tuned in for Bristol
v Saints yesterday.
It could be a lot worse. Many football fans have to deal with
mid-week evening games.

Last season, maybe, but isn't this season the first time that
every game is on TV anyway?

Yes quite this has taken a weird turn - every game is on tv.

Is why I did not renew ST for the 1st time in 20 years
To me 3pm Saturady is when I want to be at sport

I agree. They usually sell out and we invariably resell our
tickets easily. I put ours up for Bristol about 1 1/2 hours ago
and they've just sold. Unfortunately the Premiership Cup doesn't
quite have the allure.

Probably shows how old I’m getting, but I’m looking forward to
the Prem cup, won’t be getting up every five minutes, probably
get a crowd that really want to watch the rugby and not enjoy
the “ Experience”

I appreciate that but they seem to be late evening starts so not
much good for us anyway.

This is why we gave up our season tickets several years ago -
too many Friday night matches we couldn't get to, and too many
Sunday matches that were hard to get back from as half the world
seems to be on the M25 on a Sunday evening!
We were going to do the Saints match - first time at the Stoop
for my son-in-law, but moving it to Friday has blown that.
