It's being reported on Rugby Prime in France, apparently.
The timing seems odd, given we've only just promoted him to the
role and the England 12 shirt is not settled. I'm usually
reluctant to give credence to things like this but it would
chime with the rumours we're after Tuipolotu or Kata, and with
him being given Sunday off. That said, it could equally be his
agent reminding Quins that they already have a good centre
option. How many times have we seen rumoured departures not turn
out to be real?

I know there was the Marcus to racing thing.
The timings weird, but if true we probably would need to find
two inside centre, as Northmore isn’t the answer. I don’t think
we’ve ever won a game he’s started at 12

Regardless of whether or not it's true... I think a move to
France now would be too early for him, career-wise. Has shades
of Ibitoye about it.
Don't want to lose him but if he goes, fine and good luck!

This can often just be Z-list "journalists" cannibalising the
same rumour source and Chinese whispering though...

More of a concern is that Saracens are making noises about
Anyanwu. I’d rather he went to France if he’s not interested in
staying.

Hopefully not true. I’m assuming we offered him a decent
contract.
If we did and he’s off, I’d be putting him to the back of the
queue for the rest of the season
