North fan village closed again

This may be a daft question but following mailer and :-
Due to this fixture being the chosen Gallagher Game Day, please
note that the North Village structure will be closed to the
public for the duration of the day.
Do other clubs have to give up facilities for Gallagher?

Disappointing, think they closed it a couple of times last
season didn't they?
I thought the club said they were going to try and avoid this
happening.

The sponsors are essential so, we do have to accommodate their
requirements (to a point).
The fans only contribute part of the club's expenses. The
sponsors contribute another part. The owner pays for the rest.
So - we all need to play nicely with other.
Losing access to the indoor space is a nuisance. But, for me,
the main reason I am going on Saturday is to watch the game.
Supplemental things such as bars, food, entertainment, etc are
all just extras and I am willing to work around what is
available.
On Saturday, knowing that this area is unavailable will just
mean that we change our plans and spend pre-match at Twickenham
Brewery instead. Which will be just as good a build-up as going
to the North Village.
I am more grumpy about the game taking place in the evening just
to accommodate TV viewers instead of taking place at 3:00pm.
It means that you only get to the curry-house very late.

Understand need for sponsors, I wondered if many other clubs
have to give up space for Gallagher?
That aside first game of the season, lots of benches moved from
Quins head/south stand so not as much seating, then told it was
moved to the north for another event

Yes, they do. Normally one of their bars gets taken over. I
think Quins build the North Village partly so they would have
somewhere to host the tv after-event activity without impacting
the bars around the ground.
