Tiupolitu would walk into our XV, he’s class.
As for pinching any Falcons players Ben Redshaw would be my pick

All conjecture and sounds like agents talk.
Raffi hasn't kicked on since he broke through and questions
remain over his injury record and kicking game. He doesn't
       displace Porter for me.
Tiupoluti is quality but Quins have seemingly made a conscious
decision to invest in youth. I imagine they'll see how Lenny
gets on and might take a view in the New Year (although early
signs are that he's ready to step up).
Blamire is decent but we don't need another hooker.
It would be interesting to see what Radwan could do in a side
where he actually sees the ball.
If we are going to splash the cash for next year I'd guess it
might be at lock with Lewies, Launchbury and Irne all over 30.

I may be being a little naive but it seems to me that if you are
to set criteria for promotion then the play off opportunity
should go to the highest club meeting the criteria in the final
league table. If they happen to finish top as well, then great.

FWIW, this was addressed by Alex in today's presser. As much as
you can believe a press conference (although Alex tends to play
a fairly straight bat), he's said that Raffi isn't talking to
anyone at the moment and won't do until he's fit and playing
       again.

Hello, your occasionally present, always friendly Glasgow fan
here (keeping an eye on the opposition ahead of our game in
       January!).
Firstly, hands off Sione Tuipolotu! He is out of contract this
summer, which is why there are rumours, but the balance of the
rumours seem to suggest he's staying at Glasgow - which makes
sense given his family ties. At least that's my hope.
But the idea that he is moving anywhere to be backup to anyone
is, I'm sorry, absolutely laughable. Even allowing for
black-tinted glasses, the guy is world-level good as both a
player and a leader. He is Lions captain material, and I don't
say that lightly. (He won't be Lions captain of course, because
Farrell will pick an Irishman). He literally has everything - a
       big, physical lad who can truck it up; a phenomenal long pass;
beautiful deceptive inside passes; a kicking game; defensive
captain; and a natural leader among men.
I cannot speak highly enough about a guy who pitched up with
pretty limited expectations from the Japanese league.
If you mean his little brother, Mosese, who has just signed for
Edinburgh and is a spitting image, but yet to show quite the
same level, you may have a point!

       Looking at the Championship Facilities
Amphtill, Caldy, Cambridge, Chinnor, Hartpury University - need
to do some work to meet Prem 2 MOS no way they could meet
Premiership standard at their current home.
London Scottish, Nottingham - may need to do some work but
       should meet Prem 2 requirements
Bedford, Cornish Pirates - should meet Prem 2 requirements, but
       not Prem 1
Doncaster, Coventry and Ealing - probably meet the new laxer
Premiership requirements. Only Doncaster met the stricter
requirements last season. Coventry apparently have a long term
plan to move to a new ground if promoted - not sharing with
       Coventry City.
Coventry are currently top with five wins, but have not played
       Ealing.
Ealing managed to lose to Doncaster - who have only won one
       other game and lost three.

Just to round this out, the new Scotland captain Sione Tuipolotu
has signed a 3 year extension at Glasgow:
