Think Brown is on wing to deal with physical threat of Sinotti.
Gustard doesn’t seem to rate Visser and Walkers defence and
neither is doing anything special in attack.
Same idea of Brown on wing v Sale as they have very physical
wings

IMO Mike Brown is the best defensive Full back in the Prem ( and
by default one of the best defensive wingers) , he doesn't
figure so much with attacking stats. I agree with comments above
about being used to nullify threats . His attitude and passion
is fantastic and I'm happy to have him in the team anywhere in
the Back 3 .

We have done this before this season in one other match and MB
was switching position with Morris.
I'd much rather see them both on than either Visser or Walker on
this season's form - they've both been very poor.

the kid but blimey his winning % must be single figures!!!!

the one appearance this season so far?

Falcons on international duty this weekend
Newcastle Falcons' Mark Wilson starts for England against Japan
in a busy weekend of international rugby.
The Cumbrian packs down at open-side for Saturday's 3pm kick-off
at Twickenham, having started their two previous tests against
New Zealand and South Africa.
Elsewhere, Falcons centre Chris Harris is on Scotland's bench
for their 5.20pm kick-off against South Africa at Murrayfield,
having played the last half-hour of last weekend's home win over
Fiji.
The Fijians play against Uruguay at Hartpury in Gloucestershire
at 1pm, with their squad for their European tour including
Newcastle pair Tevita Cavubati and Vereniki Goneva.
Newcastle scrum-half Sonatane Takulua's Tonga side are in
Cardiff to face Wales on Saturday at 2.30pm, while Falcons prop
Logovi'i Mulipola is in Tbilisi with the Samoa squad as they
prepare for Saturday's test against Georgia (kick-off 2pm UK
time).
