I've just cancelled my subscription as they dont actually have
an app that is workable on my samsung smart tv. they expect you
to log in (everytime) and view their content via their website
on your tv but the picture jumps and hiccoughs constantly
rendering it unwatchable.

It feels like a TV app is a must for these things. I know you
can cast things from devices but it's always a faff and can lose
connections (thanks LG) or the apps on devices can play up

from your phone, and it's plugged directly into the TV. The only
TV or streaming service that doesn't have a native app for the
Chromecast is Channel 4. All the others (Sky, TNT
Sports/Discovery, Premier Sports, DAZN, BBC, ITV, Netflix,
Amazon Prime, Disney, Paramount, Channel 5) have native
Chromecast apps. I find myself using as my primary device rather
than the TV itself.

If premier sports is online, can you connect it to
PC/Laptop/Tablet via a HDMI cable? (sorry, I don't actually have
it though the offer is tempting)

If you are not interested in top 14 or URC, it is still cheaper
just to subscribe for the months thr Champions Cup is taking
place.

I will resubscribe once they have developed an App for Samsung
Tv's, which is in the works apparently.
I too cannot get a chromecast to work and my tv is less than a
year old. Odd as they are both Android devices.
Must say though that the Premier Sports customer support is very
good, no quibbles.
