So, was Twickenham half full or half empty?

I would say half full as the crowd were filling the stadium
rather than it starting with a higher number that reduced.
Anyway, it was a decent game and a good win for the Red
Roses. Both teams looked a bit rusty but when England clicked
they looked very slick and defensively pretty solid. But for the
bounce of the ball would only have conceded one try. If only
they could beat the Black Ferns in a WC final.

A very good afternoon, enjoyed the rugby on the pitch and the
crowd behaviour is much better than any mens international,
friendlier and not the constant movement to get more booze.

I have a lot of hope that they will this time around. We watched
them at the Stoop in 2010 and Kingspan in 2017 and it always
looked likely that the Black Ferns would win. The Roses should
have won in 2023, and were in with a chance at the death. And
they have now won convincingly in the last two games between the
teams.
With a home crowd behind them, I think they have enough, even
against the Kiwi surge that always seems to happen at the RWC.

Without the red card in the last final, England would have been
comfortable winners

I think I’m right (and if I could be bothered, I’d check) that
the Roses have won 4 from the last 5 games v the Black Ferns:
2 warm up games for the World Cup (which led to the Ferns’
coaching changes)
WXV Final
Yesterday
The only blip is (unfortunately) the most important game
