Largely because Lennox offers something different to our other
options, has shown up well on multiple occasions, and is a live
option in a problem position. Beard on the other hand plays in
two very congested positions, doesn't seem to have a real point
of difference to his rivals, and has unfortunately had many
matches where he had done basically nothing.

I find it strange that someone would find it strange that some
people think one thing but MQ thinks something else.

I think Lennox will start at 12 as he is the closest we have to
Andre so think he'll start at 12 and see how we go.As said
earlier, Murley looks to be out for some time so I wouldn't be
surprised if Hyde gets a run out on the wing -he's big and
quick....

Oh Cadan, it's all about timing. Poor bloke. He could be a year
into his England career by now and gearing up for a crack at the
Lions.
So frustrating. I know he's young and will have other
opportunities but you worry his time will pass.
Cruel game.

I’ve never wrote off Beard, I simply said he’s a fairly poor 13
and better at wing.

I think Halfpenny is a good signing. He will be a very safe pair
of hands. As people have said, Mike Brown is considerably older
but still performing very well. Halfpenny, if he stays fit, will
be a valuable member of the squad, with an ability to slot long
range penalties that our out of Marcus' radar.
