Hello!
Please excuse what might be a daft question, but, as a
first-time season ticket holder, I just wanted to check
something with some more experienced match-goers!
The recent email from the club about this seasons fixtures just
threw me slightly when it said: "Simply follow the link below to
secure your seat(s) before we go on General Sale, Tuesday 30
July."
Is this just if you want to buy extra tickets? If I just want to
show up and sit in my seat for the Newcastle game, do I need to
do anything special? I only ask because I know you had to claim
tickets for the London Scottish match.
Sorry for the long and probably daft question!

That might be a reference to the pre season friendly against
London Scottish

Your season ticket seat is guaranteed except for the pre season
friendly vs London Scottish where you have to log in and claim a
seat (where available) if you wan to go.
Otherwise you don't have to do anything to go to your seat.

Yes, it's not worded particularly well but it is just for any
discounted additional seats you may want. Your ST seat is
already yours.

As others have said, your seat is *your seat* for all regular
season games (Premiership, Premiership Cup, and European
Champions Cup). If (when!) we get into the knockout stages in
any of the competitions, you will have a priority window to
claim your seat for any home knockout fixtures before they are
put on open sale. You will have to pay for those separately
(they're not included in the price of the season ticket).

You also have to claim your seats for the Big Game and the Big
Summer Kick Off at Twickenham. You’ll get an email with the
link.
