Of course Salarycens want to play us for their big game, it’s a
nailed on win for them. I’m lucky enough to have been at the
Wembley game we won. I haven’t bothered since.

What's the betting that Baxter, CCS and Smith don't play but
George, Dan, Itoje and Earl are available?

Would’ve been very different if we hadn’t been forced to rest
SGB.

Let's not start this nonsense up again, please!!!
We know we'll always be their opponent for their flagship
fixture, else no one turns up and even if Quins fans boycott it,
the neutrals will still come along so guaranteed 50k+
attendance. Ain't changing, so stop worrying about it. Some of
us seem more obsessed by it than anything, almost like the team,
it's in our head and we can't shake it. If we win 3 on the trot,
it might change else, same every year. It's 50k people turning
up to watch a club Rugby match, there will be no motivation to
change it. The TV want it, Sarries want it and the league can
say they're 'growing the game'... Just be content that they
can't match BG numbers and we know it only works with us, win or
lose....they will hate that more but let that be masked by the
result.
In a 10 team league, every week is going to be a tough week, bar
Falcons as Glaws won't be as bad this year so it's big boy pants
every round from now on and how we manage our squad to cope with
it. Although some of the numbers of Poorfour's excellent spreddy
above show that we are shafted on turnarounds, it's only an
issue if it's every season is the same. We have to accept that
we are hot TV property so will always be beholden too them. If
we want to change that, let's all chip in and buy the rights
then we can have what we want.
