I suspect that a lot of these pathway players are off to
colleges and universities and could end up joining local teams
and hopefully stay playing rugby. Perhaps returning at a later
date.
We do seem to have signed a lot of Saracens recently
which is interesting.

Maybe. The pathway players tend to get signed at the end of 6th
form from what I can see, and I think most of them are at Surrey
or another fairly local uni so that they can train with the
team. Where they've gone to a more distant college I think they
tend to sign for the closest team and may come back when they
graduate (as Grace Crompton did).

Scrum half Lucy Burgess and Scotland wing Coreen Grant announced
as signings - I still think we should expect another fly half to
join the squad.
Meanwhile, Quins have been nominated for several awards:
- PWR Player of the Season - Ellie Kildunne
- PWR Breakthrough Player of the Season - Claudia Pena
- PWR Coach of the Season - Ross Chisholm
- PWR U23 Team of the Season - Jessie Spurrier, Tyla Shirley,
Nicole Wythe, Claudia Pena
