The Stats Predict the Playoff Games

Maybe we don’t need to worry… the stats have us favourites to
make the top 4!

I don’t understand how our chance is higher than Sale and
Chiefs? We’re relying on their results to go our way. We could
beat Bristol 100-0 but if Sale win or Chiefs win with a BP we’re
cooked. They both have more wins and better points difference
too.

FWIW I agree with the prediction. We’ve never won at the StoneX
whilst you have a good record v Bristol.
Chiefs have a terrible away record - or at least did earlier
this season. Scraping a win at Kingston Park was (I believe)
their first away win in yonks.
A Quins win, a Chiefs loss and a Sale loss are therefore the
most likely results.

Sarries have high standards so can't see them losing to Sale
eithe. My main concern is Leicester have nothing to play for and
with the carrot of the playoffs I wouldn't bet against an Exeter
win.

Sarries are playing for a home Semi so should go full noise
against Sale. Leicester hosting Exeter is the one I’m worried
about - but hopefully final home game at Welford Road this
season should give Leicester enough motivation.

FWIW, there is a chance we win as we have beaten Sarries a few
times - including earlier this season. Just can't seem to do it
at Mordor. Or Twickenham 😢

The game always likes to make mugs of us but difficult to see
beyond home wins in these key games, for me. Tigers at home with
big players leaving and underperforming all season, I think
they'll get the job done. I know Sarries don't fear anyone but
I'm sure they'd prefer the home semi rather than going to the
wreck and we have to get the 5 points, as do Bristol.
Can we score 4 tries at home? Of course we can. Can we concede 6
tries? You betcha we can.
Should be fascinating, hope they keep flashing the scores up on
the big screen, add some jeopardy to the day

I just don't see any chance Exeter lose to tigers, and even less
hope of tigers keeping them to less than 4 tries.

No chance Exeter do a Quins and follow up one excellent
performance with a right stinker, and on balance probably would
be a fair result for the season if they did finish top 4.
