I think the suspended sentence might now classify him as having
a criminal record.

I'm surprised they didn't call Richard Smith KC.
He could have gotten it down to a two month suspended jail
sentence for his previous impeccable record and an additional
month off if Billy promises to attend a tackle school.

You have a long long memory. This board wasn't even around when
that happened.
You will need to do some digging on one of the previous boards

in the mind. As of course does alledged sexual assault..

Don't be an idiot and deliberately misconstrue my words.
I said that the incident predates this board - not that I didn't
have an opinion on it at the time.
But - forgive me for not remembering what I posted on an
incident that happened over 12 years ago.
