He's been fined 240 euros. It appears that the reports are
completely wrong as it was just an "unfortunate misunderstanding
".

With Saracens it always seems to be an "unfortunate

Probably was a misunderstanding, Spanish are known to be racist,
handled him as 'black' . Passive resistance , fined, end of . No
reports of damage, injury etc. Legally a closed case. Seen many
'Stags' in Munich, very drunk and boisterous, Police called,
most don't escalate if the Police aren't agressive. The sight of
holstered pistols and night sticks usually shuts most groups up.

He was given a four month suspended jail sentence too - which is
probably more relevant.
But much like many things at Saracens, he somehow mysteriously
forgot to mention that in his statement.
