       Yes, you do wonder what their input has been so far. But what
       would they negotiate with? The product exists so what would they
       change?

       Yes, my 350k was an average. Recalled from a dodgy memory too!
       But I remember the figure quoted being less than I expected. I
       think BT got up to 500k average at one point.
