Re: Quins being taken over by Disney... well it is a

Gina Carano's case is, IIRC, very similar to Israel Folau's. She
had a contract with Disney that included restrictions on what
she could say on social media, she said things that were out of
line with the contract, and Disney decided not to progress with
a series they were developing around her.
You may or may not agree with what Carano said, but from
Disney's perspective it was protecting its reputation from an
employee who was out of line with its brand values and in breach
of contract.
That's American capitalism, y'all.

In general, I'd agree with you but when it comes to EM, not so
much!

The alternative view is that she was punished for having views
on one side of the political divide, whilst others were posting
much worse, but on the other side, and weren't admonished at
all. I'm not sure that her social media posts did breach
guidelines; the suggestion is that she was simply guilty of
daring to be on the other side.

that Disney decided to reduce/stop advertising on Twitter as
their ads were regularly being placed alongside twitter accounts
they didn't want to be associated with.

(Disney's CEO) of attempting to blackmail twitter by doing that
& told him to "Go *bleep* yourself!" (I've bleeped that, but you
can guess the word). Since then he also backed activist investor
Nelson Peltz's attempt to gain two seats on Disney's board and
is funding Gina Carano's lawsuit.

they advertise, and choose the advertising space that works best
for their brand at any given time. Musk is throwing his toys out
of the pram about that decision. He isn't offering helpful
criticism that might make the company better, he's just trolling
the company because it seems as though it makes him and his
followers feel better to have a cultural enemy.

Two sides to every story etc
Personally, I respect Musk and the position he's taken.
