Also if we are a season ticket holder and have bought our seat,
do we have to print off a ticket of Will card get us in ?

You'll need to either print off the ticket or rely on the
scanner at the gate accepting the ticket being shown on your
phone screen.

Phone has always worked for me at Quins. Worst case scenario the
ticket office should be able to print one off for you if you
arrive early enough

I thought it was away whatever the result of Bordeaux v Sarries
as if Sarries won they take on right of higher seeding by
knocking out higher place club

No, we have home advantage if Saracens beat Bordeaux (plus we
beat Glasgow)/
