Just posted on Twitter by the club:
"The Club confirms that it has been mutually agreed that
Director of Performance Development Tabai Matson will depart
Harlequins at the end of the 2023/24 season."

It was slightly odd how he got sidelined after 1duff season. His
first season I think we finished 3rd. Last season we fell apart
after a strong start. Once he was pushed aside the writing was
on the wall.
We did seem to have a lot of senior coaches. Too many voices?
Always seemed like a thoroughly good bloke. All the best to him
and thanks for everything

Tabs has run a couple of training sessions for the Ams and is a
great bloke. He seems to genuinely love rugby at all levels.

Erm, he got sacked and moved into a made up job with a silly
title for the remainder of his contract, hence why no one is
replacing him.
