As I understand, Hazelwood was used as surety on the loans to
       the Professional Club.

Have to say I'm immediately sceptical of the business sense of a
guy that 'invests' in several women's football teams around the
       world.
Don't ask me why... you know why.

I am struggling to find much about Daniel Loitz.
From his LinkedIn profile he appears to have come out of the
German Music industry, and has set up a VC company in London
       with an office in Dubai.
Aside from their role as a Principal Sponsor of Halifax Town FC,
there are three other investments, but the links go to the
Companies House page which simply have the model incorporation
       forms.
They claim to have a role in Project 8 - the new Canadian
women's football league. But I cannot see their logo on the
       Project 8 website.

I do not know whose money he is investing, quite probably not
       his own.

It seems bizarre to me that Wasps don't appear to be considering
the chance to play rugby again at the Worcester stadium. It's
almost as if people have totally forgotten that Sixways Stadium
       exists.

The Wasps deal seems to be driven by a property deal in Kent.
It appears they want the stadium as the key to getting to build
several thousand houses on a former golf course, in the green
       belt off the M25.
To prove the need for the stadium, the club needs to be in Kent,
not Worcester. Even though they seem to own Sixways.
The administration of Sixways and the untangling of debts there
is proving interesting. I believe Atlas Holdings lent the
original bidders some money, which was not repaid, leaving Atlas
in control, but I do not believe all the money has appeared - so
I think the administrators still have the keys.

I can only guess that is because this is an area they don't want
to build their support, haven't they said they want to be in
Kent? They are also considering Worcester coming back at some
       point?

Cannot remember how far we got with the 4 Welsh regions joining
the Premiership (subject to financials & ground requirements
etc...of course) but that would, at this point, appear to be an
       elegant solution?

This suggestion always has me scratching my head on why people
think this is a good idea with out considering the impact of the
       URC.
Always seems a 2 fingers up to the URC? Why include the Welsh
and not the Scottish? Where does that leave the Irish? What
       about the Italians?

Elegant for whom? Not the English clubs and I doubt would
bolster the cash strapped welsh either so all that would happen
is they finish bottom and continue to struggle.
       No elegance in that.
