And I'm well aware that you don't particularly rate either of
them that highly, and are simply using them to denigrate Murley,
it's not exactly 4d chess, and your modus operandi hasn't
changed in many years.

IFW has got great pace. Not a chance in hell that Bothwick would
have picked him if he wasn't dual-qualified though is there.

Just remembered the time you confidently claimed Murley
should've been forcibly retrained as a scrum half. I keep
forgetting we're dealing with an intellectual giant in rugby
circles.

Physically, I think Murley looks similar to Dupont. It's a pity
he doesn't play scrumhalf. He just doesn't do anything
brilliantly enough to be a top test winger. He just look like a
quick-ish small-ish short winger. He's no Cheslin Kolbe, he's no
Jason Robinson, he's no Christophe Dominici, but he might be
another Jack Nowell. Well, so what, does England need another
Jack Nowell? Not really.

Hey, three guesses as to which poster made this claim in late
2022 on NPR?
"It'll be criminal if Murley is ignored by Eddiot."
Sounds like he really rates Murley and wanted him picked for
England

No idea but I call things at I see them. A few years ago Murley
would indeed have been a better option than some of the Jones
selections including Nowell.

Surprise! It was indeed you.
I hope you realise that suggesting Murley should have retrained
as a scrum half because he has Dupont's build is nothing short
of brainless. Dupont is an all time freak of a player with an
incredible eye for a pass, an incredible ability to bullet a
long pass, and an amazing boot to go with his frankly unreal
levels of physical strength and pace. Shoehorning smaller
players into scrum half regardless of where their qualities lie
is exactly why England has produced so many mediocre ones -
there's absolutely no reason to suggest that a winger with one
of the best try scoring records in the league would in fact be
better served running from ruck to ruck making 60 passes a game
and box kicking constantly.
It's just daft. Stephen Jones on the wine, Stuart Barnes on the
Charlie levels of daft. It betrays a fundamental ignorance of
what is required to play specialist roles and what makes top
players what they are.

By that logic, Charlie Walker is a much better winger than
Radwan.

The truth as we all know is that Quin's greatest ever winger was
a certain Luke Wallace, formerly of this parish, more than once.
