This year's "State of Play" event announced.

Time to check your emails. The club's just announced this year's
"State of Play" evening for Thursday 14th March:

> Join us for ‘State of Play’ - our annual supporter update
event at The Stoop.

> Hear directly from the CEO Laurie Dalrymple on the Club’s
progress both on and off the pitch, and pose questions to Head
Coaches Billy Millard and Amy Turner, and leading Men’s and
Women’s players.
>
> Please register your interest below to attend in person as
capacity is limited. One additional guest will be permitted.
Spaces will be allocated at random if demand is high, with
priority given to our Debentures and Season Ticket Members.
>
> The Chris Robshaw Bar will be open for drinks and snacks with
teas and coffees available.
>
> Please complete the form below by Thursday 29 February. The
Club will be in touch on Friday 1 March to confirm your place.
>
> The event will also be streamed to allow supporters to watch
online and ask questions to be answered live. A link will be
communicated in the coming weeks.

Wonder what other clubs ( sporting venues) we will be compared
to, to justify the imminent season ticket prices rises this time

Might be useful to start developing a list of questions that all
or some of us would like a straight answer to...I'll kick it off
with:-
"What exactly is happening about the redevelopment of The Stoop
and can we have some idea of timescales"?

He will say that loss of 3 teams means less revenue, so need to
maximise on games we have.
We are comparable to watching England at Twickenham where you
can pay over £300 to watch 2 home 6 nations matches compared to
starting from £400 for watching 13 compettivie matches with the
same England stars in it.
We are cheaper compared to watching Wimbledon tennis.
Cost of living increase so justifies us paying more.
If they don't put prices up the owners may leave leaving Quins
in same position as Irish.
