Found this interesting on the RFU trying to create atmosphere at
HQ
Really don’t like DJs etc, but get that no longer the target
audience, not just at HQ but at The Stoop

Pre match was ok, actually didn't mind the music during breaks
(Hey Jude was popular)...But the HT DJ set was APPALLING.....and
so out of sync with what the punters wanted....very very poor!!!

The "jazz band" wandering around the pitch , intervening with
their grim "musical interludes" at every break in play really
got on my t!ts, and agreee, the HT DJ needs binning as soon as
possible. Stewards who know a modicum about the stadium would be
a great help also.

Are the RFU trying to imitate our Big Game?

Daily Mail reported that all those (drinkers) in the 2 pilot
alcohol free stands are demanding their money back.

I read somewhere that one bloke downed 4 pints of Guinness in
front of the stewards before taking his seat. I couldn't do that
now and I doubt I ever could have.

I read this as the RFU want's to try and create as best
atmosphere as they can, because the team on the pitch aren't
really capable.

England team have obviously been told to be more interactive
with the fans. On Saturdays ENG/WALES England players stayed out
longer signing shirt etc, they have also moved the players bus
further away from the front reception area.
I overheard someone saying that they wanted to park the bus at
the stoop and walk over but the request was denied, but not
stated by who.
