Northmore can cover in a pinch if he's ever fit, but so what?

Firstly, what's your basis for saying either of those things?
We've seen Anyanwu in a handful of performances and he's at the
start of his career. He's not yet going to be directly
comparable to an international with an RWC winner's medal at the
peak of his career. But equally, as I said above his stats in
the games he has played are remarkably close to Andre's. And he
didn't give away two pointless red cards in his first handful of
games.
"Not really fit to tie his bootlaces" is a pretty poor judgement
to make on a young player, especially in an era when players and
officials are facing unprecedented levels of online abuse.
As for Northmore, I agree that he has consistently looked better
at 13 than 12 (though IIRC he has only played there as a stopgap
rather than being given a concerted run of games). His injury
record has been pretty good up to this season but he had the bad
luck to pick up two major injuries in succession, the latter of
which required an operation to bolt his ankle back together;
it's not surprising he's been out for a while.
There's a distinction to be made between players recovering from
a one-off bad injury and players like Chis and Lewies, who've
taken so many knocks over the years that the days when they're
fit are rarer than the ones where they're on the treatment
table.

The Lidl I drive past taking my daughter to school had a big
poster saying "Lidl bakery is Elite". As a child of the 80s I
couldn't help but muse that it was a good job they went straight
for "Elite", because any of the other levels in the game would
send a very different message. "Lidl bakery is...
Deadly
Dangerous
Competent
Above Average
Average
Poor
Mostly Harmless
Harmless?"

If we're not careful, we end up losing the talents like Hyde &
Bradley if we do bring in an 'unknown' overseas player. Give
Lenny a run at 12 and then back up the other two with game time
and see what happens. If it doesn't work we can always buy later
rather than panicking/reacting to Andre leaving.
He is a massive loss and can't be replaced, as is, in our system
so don't try. Adapt and overcome

More reason both need to be given more game time, possibly even
in the Munster game. If you are good enough, you are good
enough. At the very least we might see if theres an actual
player in there, that still can be polished

I think you'll find he was comparatively well known. Unlike, say
Tyrone or Irne. They didn't work out too badly.

I wouldn't put them both in at centres for the Munster game.
As the purpose of this game is to give the team some playing
time during the 6 Nations break so that we can finish the season
strongly in both the European games and the Premiership then we
need players like Andre to play.
The likes of Hyde & Bradley can get game time at LS.
Therefore, we should put out our absolute strongest team for
Munster and just hope that we don't get any injuries.

I'm with you there never sleep. Yes, it's a shame some quality
players may be off at the end of the season, but such is pro
sport I suppose. But the coaches task is to get the players
properly focussed and prepped on the here and now. Because the
big fact is that this current squad is one of the best Quins
have ever had and it is capable of winning something this
season. We have game changers and quality all over the pitch
plus strength in depth. It is difficult with so many players
away on 6Nations duty, but the week after the France game the
squad and coaches must come together and travel to north London
and believe they can play the right tactics and beat Sarries -
which we did in 2012 with a brilliant team performance. As we
all know, we then went on to win the title..... Then 2 weeks
later we play Glasgow in the Champions Cup under Friday night
lights. If we win that then it is game on and a chance for the
players to make some special memories together..... especially
if Dino and Northmore are back in the mix....

In spite of his injuries, Chis has racked up a good number of
appearances.
