Sucks to lose a coach who we rely on so much, doubly so at short
notice halfway through the season. Big blow to our chances. Oh
well, such is life. Good luck, Jerry!

With our smörgåsbord of coaches, surely we can corner off a new
role for Gustard as Head of Player Recruitment...

I wonder if it would be a good idea to get Alex Codling back.
I got the impression that he was having a good effect on our
forwards before leaving fairly abruptly. The speculation at the
time was that he had a falling out with Guzzy.
However, with Alex leaving Falcons a few weeks ago, he may be
pleased to get some work - even if it is just for a the
       remainder of this season

Codling seems to have a habit of leaving roles early

Billy Millard, Nev and JTH are all familiar with Alex Codling,
as are the senior players. I'm sure they can offer some advice.

I've never seen anything from Sinfield to suggest that he has
much of an ego to get in the way of anyone else. He's always
struck me as the kind of bloke to elevate those around him and
encourage them to play to their individual strengths - which can
       never be a bad thing

Not wishing to be a golden shower on anyone's carnival but why
would we be interested in Bore-Thicks cast offs?

What makes you think he's a cast off? That's not what I've
       heard.

I believe he was demoted from Defence Coach to skills coach.
