Without knowing the full details of Garys care in hospital I am
unable to comment on that specific case and I am unwilling to
make assertions and cast aspersions.

Ditto- numerous heart procedures and two different bouts of
cancer and they have kept me fit and now healthy after superb
care

The NHS is staffed by some incredible people. Unfortunately it's
managed by a swollen mass of middle managers and executives who
absorb funds and run it with the efficiency of an ashtray on a
motorbike. Having seen the workings of an NHS hospital from the
inside, it's a credit to the majority of the frontline staff
that they perform the near miracles that they do.

Fully agree with above 3 posters. My father died on the 14th of
January, while I was in Cape Town, 9 days short of his 97th
birthday . The care he received whilst having so many ailments,
for so many years was exemplary.
