You've made your point that you don't care about it (twice) but
how is your opinion relevant? I don't know what the Fan Village
is, although I've seen it on the way in.
Obviously some fans like it, though, so I think I'd have to be
pretty arrogant to just dismiss that.
Oh, and then I remembered whose post I was replying to.

'we know there are only 7 games at home, rather than the usual
10, and no league cup, and no a league. But we're gonna whack
prices up by 25% anyway, and charge more than Twickenham stadium
for a pint of stale beer. And if you want to eat you'll need a
second mortgage. Oh, but we have a new fan village! It's great!
But we'll hive it off to corporate twats who have no interest in
rugby every matchday'.

Oh, and you can resell your ticket if you can't make the match!!
Great news.
We will charge you THREE POUNDS for pressing a couple of keys on
your keyboard though.
I'm honestly getting to the point that I'd rather leave my seat
empty than enable them to fleece loyal fans any further.

How charming. The point was that the only thing being closed was
the not particulatly big covered indoor structure that has
tables but no other facilities, it's part of a much bigger nice
area that has bars/food outlets etc that wasn't closed.
It was really just suggesting that it wasn't that inconvenient
for it to be closed, when it had been suggested that the club
was somehow robbing fans of something.
