Unfortunately I am burdened with the context of his historical
arguments about Quins. You think he's bad on here, imagine
having him obsess about Quins while never leaving! He's
previously argued that Quins academy has a huge advantage over
all the others, that we have 1 in 5 of the top 100 rugby schools
in our catchment, and that uh <checks notes> the Quins academy
that has produced multiple Lions, an England captain, many fine
international players, and two superb titles with sides heavily
weighted towards academy products is "utterly effing hopeless"
what I'm saying is it doesn't actually get any easier once you
know the context, just more wearing and slightly sadder

I just assumed that he's the return of the hilariously awful AB
(he doesn't deny it) who was so insufferable that even the
Saracens board banned him

I'm trying to find the post he may or may not have made in late
2020 about quins all being too old and struggling in the league.
I'm not sure which was funnier, the fact that we went on to win
the league, or that we had a younger squad than sarries at the
time.
But he's had so many guises and there are so many other weird
sarries fans who detest quins, it makes it very tricky.
The posts I know are definitely his are the ones equating
saracens breaking the salary cap twice, lying barefaced and
threatening to drag the whole league through the courts, to
quins getting players jobs in the city in the 80s.

Melksham to Bath - 14 miles
Melksham to Twickenham - 95 miles
Bath were a Premiership club in 2004 weren't they?

Oh, I know the answer to this one! It's the train that leaves
Twickenham that gets there first since no one on board cares
what you think.

My understanding is that the catchment areas only give clubs
first dibs. Not everyone is selected so can then go to the
academy of another club. Like Alex Goode joining Sarries'
academy after being passed over by Leicester.

Yes but to be fair Saracens is closer to Melksham than Leicester
is.
