I get your point but appearance fees count under the cap so the
player's appearance is irrelevant.

Maro Itoje joined Saracens as a schoolboy and signed
professional terms when he was 18. The only attracting he needed
was to be lucky enough to be in the Saracens catchment area. The
sheer waste of talent by Quins at junior level is scandalous.

True, but it's double bubble. Whilst being paid a large fee for
a personal (non) appearance, one could be spending it on
sprucing up the (free) house. All hypothetical of course.

Toga, you've tried this one before and you always run off once
it's pointed out that Quins have done excellently with their
academy, and that you keep claiming other teams academy products
as Saracens home grown. Why are you addicted to making a fool of
yourself on the internet?
