This was up in the gents in the north stand before big game. I
scanned it to see what it was (it's not remotely obvious, I
thought it must be some kind of promotion). It just gave me a
form to complain about a fellow supporter. Thought it was a bit
weird.

Seems like an up to date solution to trying to find a steward if
you've something to report. I like it. And presumably if you
don't like it you can still try and find a steward.

I think there's upside and downside to this. The upside is that
if someone really does need to be dealt with (bad language,
abuse, discriminatory comments etc), it could work well. The
downside is that someone has to decide what's really worthy of
being dealt with. No doubt someone will be offended at comments
that others may not like but simply accept. We've heard people
gripe at things that are annoying, but not really within a
steward's remit. Things like people in front constantly
standing, or drinks being spilled. One my personal pet peeves is
people littering. Is a steward going to make someone pick up a
discard food wrapper? Even though littering is a criminal
offence.
Overall, I think it's a good idea though. Let's hope it's not
abused (no pun intended).

Being a Steward on match day myself, there should ALWAYS be a
Steward at every entrance......any issues, find them and
complain.....they all know what to do....HONEST!!

At the Prem Cup games, there wasn't a steward at the top of the
stairs at block BC in the South Stand. If there was, then I
would have alerted them.
There is normally a steward to help people find their seats, but
they they are not always there.
One of our pet peeves is people vaping in the stands. There are
loads of people doing it in the South Stand, but they know that
they can get away with it.

Has it come to this though? I've seen next to nothing which
would be worthy of Parsons telling tales on his fellow rugby
supporter in 15 years of attendance at the Stoop and elsewhere.
Would be a great way to play pranks on people you sit with, or
who wind you up every week.

I would never report someone for peeing on his own leg. Poor
fella.
