I watched it - very good atmosphere. Good 2nd half by Quins too.

yes was a good second half , anyone know how they worked out the
crowd numbers ? because after about 30 mins there hardly seemed
to be anyone watching

Presumably it's the number of tickets scanned. I'm not sure they
can tell how many people are actually in the stadium as opposed
to outside drinking and eating etc.

Pick a number at random which is slightly higher than the last
world record.

On the Harlequins podcast a few weeks ago, someone from the club
said they used a 360 camera and counted the number of people in
the bowl.
No idea at what point this was done or if done at various points
throughout the game.

There will presumably be a definition of what counts as
attendance for world record purposes. For BG it’s obviously
complicated by the fact that you can’t just use tickets and
turnstiles, but I imagine Guinness will have defined it as the
number of people in their seats at a given point in time.

Saw something yesterday. Some new technology was used. The club
collaborated with a tech/photographic company or something.
Think they basically took the number at the point the game was
best attended.
