Good to know but I’ve never had a single issue with the
Ticketmaster site either booking single tickets or big blocks
for multiple members at any point since it was brought in - it’s
well designed, intuitive and simple.
It could be possible that there’s a fault that sporadically
effects only certain people - or people are using it wrong.

Certain people are using it wrong because it's not well
designed, intuitive or simple. It's absolutely the worst
ticketing website I've ever seen. The ticket forwarding, selling
and claiming system is the least intuitive.
I'd suggest that you probably think it's intuitive because you
know how it works.
If it were well designed and intuitive, we wouldn't see constant
posts saying 'if you look at the email quins sent through 8
months ago, you'll find instructions'.

As I said, I don't often react to these things quickly so I
assume that when it's worked fine it's because Ticketmaster have
already addressed the complaints, as they had when you used it
this time, hence my comment on being late to the party. I can
assure you there were issues initially, and in the past; just
ask the Quins office.
