There's not much Quins can do directly, as it's Ticketmaster's
system. All they can do is use their enhanced access when people
call the ticket office to sort out the problem.

It’s all tied up with the special link in the email, which gives
you access to a member premium ticket but doesn’t register that
you might have other people in your group who are also entitled
to them.
But it works fine for booking women’s matches at the Stoop - I
can happily reserve free STH tickets for all three of our group
in one go. So the problem isn’t insoluble - it just hasn’t been
set up properly.
There may be an issue in the way Twickenham have configured the
stadium versus how Quins have configured the Stoop. Either way,
it ought to be fixable.

Except it happens every year.
I messed around with the Friend settings, which I have had to do
before, and eventually managed to get to the checkout where it
wouldn't let me proceed without paying £0.00 but didn't allow
£0.00 in the amount box. And yes, this has happened before.
Lost my tickets again!

Eventually sorted after a 45 minute wait on hold. Not the
tickets I wanted. Now have to go back and change our settings so
we can sell each others tickets etc.. Again.

I think I found a way to get it to work. When I added multiple
seats and tried to reassign them once they were all in the
basket it failed. If I add seats one at a time and then reassign
the newly added one in the basket before adding the next one it
worked.

It finally worked, and let me allocate to the other linked
members, but it should not be this hard!
Plus I had to enter a valid Credit Card details for a £0.00
purchase!
This is starting annoy me! Need to send a Karren email

That's worth a try next time, thanks! Does mean you risk losing
the other seat, though.

They have fixed the issue now. Why don't they do some testing
prior to putting it live?

They've never been great at understanding how to cope with
groups on their systems, sadly. But ai suspect it's common to
lots of sporting teams, given it's Ticketmaster's system
underneath it all.
