Won all their home games, lost all but one of their away games.
       The usual.

Currently 6th. 7 points behind the leaders Racing 92. Strange to
see La Rochelle in 9th & Montpellier bottom.

For me, Chisholm is a surprise. One because he seems to be a
penalty machine, and two, I would have thought he was behind
Lawday as well as Cunningham-South in the rankings. But maybe
the others are carrying a few knocks.

Results were of course skewed by absences for the RWC (as the
Top14 started earlier than the Prem). But even since, they have
been variable. They lost their last league game 27-12 away to
       Stade Français.

He does give a few away. My take on this is that firstly he
isn't the best at easing himself into the game when he comes on
as a replacement, and thus adjusting to the pace; this is partly
because of the second reason, that he plays on the edge and is a
very "all-in" player, as opposed to those who are more adept at
judging which rucks to hit etc.
He's certainly very effective going forwards, and has plenty of
       heft about him.
The other benefit of starting him is that if he's giving away
penalties he can be subbed; that's better than him coming on
later and giving away penalties when the game could be in the
       balance.

       That's an interesting possibility.

Chis is an excellent player when on top form. With Evans at 7, I
think the extra heft him (or CCS to be fair) bring balances the
       backrow really nicely.
I'm not sure Chis gives away anymore penalties then our other
flankers, but he does seem to have a habit of giving away wholly
avoidable ones. If he can cut those out the silly offsides etc.
       then he's a he'll of a player.
Hoping he goes well on Sunday.

Chis made a huge number of tackles in a very short space of time
when he came on last week. We all saw the penalties but he did
       put in a real shift.
CCS started very brightly last week but tailed off in a big way
       - he's very young and isn't used to starting consecutive matches
(or many at all) so I'm not hugely surprised by the reshuffle.
       It makes sense.

Two strong teams, with some mercurial players on both sides. If
we can keep th momentum from last week, this could be fun!!

I would have been tempted to go with Lamb at 6 and start Herbst
for the extra bulk against what is a monster Toulouse pack. That
said, Chisholm's confrontational style could prove useful.
Two great teams. I expect both sides to show up. Praying we can
live with them. Could be an absolute cracker.
