Harlequins have named Will Collier in their starting squad for
Sunday’s Investec Champions Cup match against Stade Toulousain
at a sold-out Twickenham Stoop (KO 15:15 – live on TNT Sports).
The experienced prop (227 appearances) has recovered from injury
and takes his place in the number three shirt alongside Joe
Marler and Jack Walker who returns at hooker.
Elsewhere, James Chisholm earns his first start of the season.
The flanker has been named at blindside and forms a formidable
back-row combination with Will Evans and captain Alex Dombrandt.
Joe Launchbury and Dino Lamb continue their second-row
partnership for the second consecutive week.
In the backs, there’s a rotational change at scrum-half with
Will Porter replacing Danny Care who shifts to the number 21
shirt. Last week’s Player of the Match Marcus Smith continues at
fly-half, with Andre Esterhuizen and Will Joseph maintaining
their partnership at inside and outside centre. The back three
combination of Cadan Murley, Nick David and Tyrone Green
continues for another week.
Amongst the Impact Players, Academy hooker Nathan Jibulu returns
to the matchday squad, named alongside last week’s starters
Dillon Lewis, Chandler Cunningham-South and Danny Care. Fin
Baxter, Irne Herbst, Jarrod Evans and Oscar Beard provide plenty
of depth and experience.
Director of Rugby Billy Millard commented: “We were pleased with
our performance against Racing. The boys were excellent from
start to finish and deserved the result. This Sunday is a
totally different challenge against a very good Toulouse side.
It’s an exciting opportunity for our players and we’re looking
forward to a big performance in front of a packed Stoop.”

Strong team. Surprised lynagh keeps missing out. Thought he
might rotate with David a bit more

I like this squad ! They should be really buoyant after the
result at Racing. Beware Dupont & Co though.

That's a very strong squad and what I particularly like about
Quins this season is the strength of the bench (and of the
players who miss out). The drop between the starters and the
bench - across the board - is the smallest I can remember.
Very tough Toulouse team, though.
I remain baffled that Cadbury's continue to sponsor Australia
rather than taking up the opportunity to sponsor Chocobares.

A strong Quins squad with a sensible amount of rotation from
last week.
Riley missing out entirely is a bit of a surprise however,
Jibulu hasn't looked out of place when given opportunities so
far this season.
It does seem Harsh on Lynagh, but difficult to justify dropping
any of the back three and Beard is the better bench option as he
can cover centre and wing.
Toulouse have to be favourites. If we can get any sort of parity
up front then who knows. They have some big units and I've a
horrible feeling they'll grind us down in the second half.
Still, I'll travel in hope. If nothing else a few pints of
Guinness and an opportunity to see a master craftsman in DuPont
at work.

Strong team, strong bench. Can't complain about any of the
selections. I hope Chris gives a good account of himself as
we'll need his physicality. To bring on CCS after him is a nice
option to have.
DC coming on later seems wise as I think it will be another
exhausting game. Surprised there's no Lynagh; is he injured?
Also surprised at no Riley, but our hookers have all played well
so I assume it's just rotation.
I'm sure it'll be another entertaining game.

Toulouse only have one away win in the Top 14 this season. This
Quins squad certainly are able to win this.
