Rodney and Quinky, the pair of you don’t think discrimination
exists (or indeed exclusion) and you don’t understand why any of
this happens because “you haven’t ever excluded anyone”.
I’m delighted you haven’t excluded anyone or carry any
prejudices - you’re the very definition of progressive and
intelligent well rounded humans (some people would call you
woke).
As someone who is 55 and white and an old fart I’m delighted
that you’re just like me.
But other than your own exemplary behaviours, you are wrong.
It’s not a debate I’m afraid. You think rugby doesn’t exclude
anyone - but lots of research and data suggests it does, as do
the documented experiences of people who aren’t white, aren’t
straight and aren’t male.
Tv companies, brands and organisations wouldn’t be pouring money
into it if they didn’t think there was a huge market opportunity
to exploit by removing barriers to entry to other demographics.
And to the person who thinks the government issues quotas to
brands on how to cast their marketing content…I’m not sure what
to say really, other than, erm….no.

DHL have used the rainbow logo for a few years and have
Delivered with Pride t-shirts displaying it.

I actually rather like the shirt, but the DHL logo is horrid. If
it didn't have the logo and wasn't £70 I'd get it. The price
issue applies to all the shirts which is why I only buy them now
when reduced.
