It might well work in your boroughs, but I'd be challenged to
find anyone embracing this across the parishes I regularly
frequent in my neck of the woods
I guess it's a cultural issue

The Club is just following the rise of Virtue Signalling in the
Corporate World. Harlequins is a big brand name in world club
rugby. In the business world companies like Unilever,Nike,Bud
Light,Mc Donalds,Starbucks and Gillette have all gone down the
same route promoting various issues.
It is interesting to note however that Premiership Football has
not yet followed this trend?

Anyway... back to the topic of the shirt.
I like the design. Also I am surprised that no one commented DHL
allowed their logo to be made up of the rainbow colours.
I wonder if this opens the doors for the logo to have the Quins
quarters within them in future.
