This is interesting. LGB refers to the attraction side of
things. T appears to be what people want to pretend to be, and
some will go to great lengths to stress it's not sexual. Q
appears to be a bit of attention seeking.
It's interesting that if you speak to some people in the former
categories, they actually dislike this type of grouping
together.

I actually quite like the shirt, just disappointed that it's out
the same time as the BG shirt, which I have bought for my
daughters for Christmas and they are raving about the LGBTQ+ one
I'd personally wear this shirt and am, at last check,
heterosexual!

If LGBTQ+ have a Gay Pride day, can heterosexual people have a
celebratory day too?

On the off chance that you're not being deliberately obtuse and
inflammatory and this is a genuine question, no, because
heterosexual people haven't had centuries of having to hide the
fact they are straight for fear of being abused, assaulted, or
murdered.
Heterosexual people don't have to come out and worry whether
they'll be accepted for being straight. You can go to any
country in the world without being arrested. There has never
been a book which whole religions are based on saying
heterosexuality is an abomination. There has never been
conversion therapy for being straight. It has never been illegal
for straight people to love someone.
I could go on, but everyday is a privilege day when you don't
have to live in a state of panic about who you fall in love
with.

Maybe when everyone does feel welcome all the time we won't need
to show our support. But for as long as LGBTQ people are still
subjected to prejudice, intolerance and worse, I think it's
important that clubs and sports stars show their support. It
matters to the people who are being supported to know that they
have allies, and it helps to change opinions and foster
acceptance, though admittedly sometimes all too slowly.
