Who gives a toss who they pick as their marquee player? This

Really not a surprise you've not understood any of the posts. I
for one have made it pretty clear I think they're legal now.
Also they're standard - every team gets audited, the winners
also get an extended audit which is a small random sampling.
It's not the exhaustive investigation which would be required to
uncover deliberate malfeasance or any even remotely smart
attempt to reward players off the books. It certainly isn't
forensic.

Given the Premiership is the only professional league in the
world that has a dedicated salary cap commissioner. Yes.
